• With the increasing number of vehicles on the roads, traffic accidents have become more frequent, leading to
  a gradual rise in the demand for roadside assistance.

• Traditional roadside assistance involves contacting the headquarters one by one to provide detailed
  information such as location, vehicle type, license plate number, and a description of the issue. Rescuers then
  rely on manual navigation to reach the location, resulting in significant time consumption. Moreover, the on-
  site environment is often challenging, with risks such as high temperatures, falls, impacts, water ingress, and
  dust contamination. Conventional equipment is unable to meet the demands of such situations.

Solution

By simply inputting the rescue information into the system, the intelligent algorithm automatically displays the current location of the accident, along with the street blocks and road maps. It also provides a navigation route starting from the designated point, enabling the rescuers to efficiently reach the incident location in the shortest possible time. Upon completion of the task, the work checklist can be finalized using a mobile tablet terminal, and the customer‘s signature can be obtained for confirmation.
